Once you have paid your deposit we will send you a copy of the rental agreement and copy of the rules to sign.  You may cancel up to 90 days in advance for full deposit refund.  50% of the rental will be due 90 days prior to date of scheduled arrival.  The balance shall be due 60 days prior to date of arrival.  Pet are allowed with prior approval and extra non-refundable deposit. The golf cart is available for use as permitted in The Villages. There no hidden charges or surcharges.  Once you have paid your rental all fees are accounted for.  All electric, water and maintenance is at the expense of the owner.  Special arrangements and refunds are available in case of hurricane or flood mandatory evacuation.  Check In- Check Out times are posted on the rental contract and the code for the key box that is located on the front door will be supplied on your confirmation once the final payment is received.
